Monday 1.30 to 4.30pm; Tuesday 10.00 to 12.30 & 2.15 to 4.30pm; Weds 10.30 to 1.30pm; Thursday 10.00 to 12.30 & 2.15 to 4.30pm; Friday 10.00 to 1.00pm. Full course £140, payable by direct bank transfer. Please ask for details.
Please bring your own yoga equipment, or ask Caroline if you need to borrow.
